Dr.
Thomas R. Watson is founder and president of Watson Training and
Development. We have collaborated with Tom on many projects over the
last 15 years. Tom’s academic training includes the Ph.D. in
communication studies and he has over 25 years of experience in

Grubbs, MBA, RPIH, CSIT, is the principal consultant and owner of
GCI, a full service training and consulting firm. John is our
go-to-guy for Safety Training issues, safety consulting,
behavior-based safety implementation. His other specializations
include executive coaching, human resource consulting and leadership
training for supervisors, managers and executives. Clients include
