Course Samples, Previews, and Videos Demonstrating How to Use the TTB System

If you would like a free 4 hour preview of our system, just send us an email to cantrain@thetrainingbank.com with your name, telephone number, personal email address and the name of the system you wish to preview and we will set you up with a free time limited access username and password to our system. We will send you an email with your username and password.
This preview will only be open for 4 hours from the time our email is sent to you. Preview access emails will be sent out Monday through Friday at approximately 9:00 AM EST (GMT-5). We highly recommend you watch our How to Videos below before you start your preview. This will save you time.

We have provided below, samples of tutorials contained in both the Management System and the Employee System. We have also provided a series of brief videos which demonstrate how to use both programs. Not only will these videos help you to get started using our system but they will also give you a better understanding of the features and unique components of our total learning system.

The Management Development System
The TTB management tutorials are the foundation of the system. These short courses are loaded with case studies, tips and techniques to assist you in learning and immediately applying the skills from the tutorial. The content is condensed from management literature, journals, manager experiences and research. We've cut out the fluff and theory to provide you with tools and information!
Group Decision Making (Click on Title to Preview)
This tutorial describes the pitfalls of group decision making and provides a structured technique to ensure your group makes the right choice! It also contains a case study based on real events depicting what can happen when a company makes the wrong decision!
