Course Description:
This Online Occupational Health and Safety Course have been designed to help employers and other persons to be in compliance with the Industrial and Construction Act and Regulations, as set out by the Ministry of Labour. This course outlines the duties of all the people in the workplace.
The course covers the:

- Duties of Supervisors,
- Duties of Constructors,
- Duties of Owners,
- Duties of Owners and Constructors Concerning Designated Substances,
- Duties of Suppliers,
- Duties of Licensees,
- Duties of Corporate Officers and Directors,
- Liability of Architects and Engineers,
- Duties of Workers
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course participants will have a complete understanding of their responsibilities when acting as employer, contractor, subcontractor, supervisor, owner, supplier, licensee, officer of a corporation or as a worker.

Testing:
Quizzes - All quizzes must be passed with a 70% to proceed forward to the
next lesson.
Final Exam- Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course.
The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
