This course is designed to provide understanding of the legislative requirements for the establishment of a Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Moreover, it is design to understand the written terms of reference that clearly define its purposes, roles, power, and responsibilities. In order to work effectively, the Joint Health and safety committee’s role must be clearly defined, understood and accepted.

Final Exam- Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course.
The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
