Course Description:
This course is designed to provide basic information regarding hazards. The course covers vital topics such as hazard recognition, hazard assessment, tools for recognizing hazard, task and process analysis, management of hazard assessment and what the law says regarding hazard in a workplace, etc.
The course covers importance of hazard assessment and recognition and assessment. Upon completion you will be able to:
- Recognize hazard in the workplace
- Assess the hazard present in the workplace
- Understand the task and process analysis
- Manage hazard assessment
- Take appropriate actions in case of a hazard found in the workplace
- Determine the intensity of the hazard in the workplace
- Understand what the law says about the hazard in the workplace

Testing:
Quizzes - All quizzes must be passed with a 70% to proceed forward to the
next lesson.
Final Exam- Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course.
The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
