This free online course covers some of the basic, need-to-know issues related to delivering great customer service. Please keep in mind that it is only the basics. Unlike our other online training programs, this course does not contain testing and interactive features as we wanted to ensure fast download regardless of the type of computer or internet connection you have. We have done this because there are still many people around the world who do not enjoy the benefits of high speed internet access.
